Kaffa is our blend created for morning espresso.
Its name derives from the Ethiopian Kaffa region, where one of the oldest legends about coffee berries is set. Here, in ideal climatic and environmental conditions, the coffee plants grow spontaneously in the rainforest and the drupes are picked up by hand, creating a limited production of refined “forest coffee”.
The espresso that comes from our blend has sweet and sour as well as slightly floral notes. A world of enveloping flavors and delicately spiced aromas.
